Sin so ugly it would make your ears bleed if I told you the truth of it. I am as guilty as sin as the saying goes. It's satan that keeps reminding us of our sins & failures- causing the guilt after we've repented to the Lord. While I was still a sinner, He sought me out. Sin that nailed my Savior to the cross. For a while all went well for David, he appeared to have gotten away with his sinful actions but about a year later because of a message delivered to him by a servant of God he was wracked with guilt and despair. I can't imagine spending late nights helping my daughters work through their sins, only to get them up the next morning to start the process all over again! Lusting SOMEtimes, we just have dreams – no sin intended, so stop making me feel guilty (please). Turn from the sin-don't repeat it- & lean heavily & completely on the merciful forgiveness of the Lord. I forgive iniquity, rebellion, and sin. Now, if I had a dream that night and fantasized about Thor and it led me to have an orgasm, well then yes, I just sinned. But I do not excuse the guilty.
